Ron Shroyer

Ron is the Head Trainer and Partner at CrossFit PISA. Ron is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer as well as a Kettlebell Cardio Certified Trainer. Football and Baseball were his primary sports in high school and college. After college, Ron continued learning new ways to stay fit by incorporating weightlifting, cardiovascular, agility and balance training into his regimen. 

He has been doing CrossFit consistently for over two years, and now uses CrossFit as his primary mode for staying fit. He is excited to bring his passion for fitness to CrossFit PISA by helping others achieve their health and wellness goals! 

Ron lives in the North Hills of Pittsburgh with his wife, Ashley. His other hobbies outside of CrossFit include golf, biking and spending time with his wife and family.

Lindsey Hanlon

Lindsey is the proud owner of CrossFit PISA and its sister location, CrossFit Invigorate in Canonsburg, PA.  She is a certified Level 1 and CrossFit Kids Instructor.  Lindsey's passion and love for physical fitness and exercise started in high school when she began swimming.  With her amazing work ethic and dedication she became a Division 1 NCAA National Qualifier in the breaststroke while at the University of South Carolina. 

Lindsey's love for working out and helping others lead her to CrossFit. This gave her the courage and determination to open another CrossFit Box right here Cheswick.  Her dedication to helping others achieve their goals and reach new levels of health and wellness is what makes Lindsey such an amazing coach and motivator. 

On top of of all of this she is also a proud mom and a dedicated wife.  Lindsey is looking forward in growing CrossFit PISA and CrossFit Invigorate into the premier workout centers in the Pittsburgh Area and in creating a community of CrossFitters dedicated to motivating each other to be their best!

Dr. Mike Hanlon

Dr. Mike Hanlon is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Coach.  Dr. Mike is also a practicing chiropractor who owns and operates Lifestyle Health Group located in the Donaldson's Crossroads Shopping Center in McMurray, PA.  Dr. Mike brings his knowledge of the human body, athletic performance, and nutrition to CrossFit Invigorate and its members.

Jesse Ingram

Jesse is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer as well as a CrossFit Kids Trainer. Soccer was his primary athletic pursuit in high school and college. After a career ending injury during his sophomore year of college, Jesse turned to traditional weightlifting as his athletic and competitive outlet.

He tried CrossFit for the first time during his junior year of college, and now uses the CrossFit methodology as his primary mode of training. He is passionate about helping others achieve peak levels of fitness and wellness in all areas of life. He sees CrossFit as the best way to reach one's physical fitness goals.

Jesse loves the South, sweet tea, and bacon. He looks forward to contributing to the awesome community at CrossFit PISA and CrossFit Invigorate by helping others to see their value and better their lives by achieving greater levels of fitness!

Brad Walker 

Brad is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and brings a passion for physical fitness and exercise to the CrossFit PISA team. Soccer was his primary sport through high school and college. He now is an assistant high school coach and continues to play competitive soccer in the Pittsburgh area.

He tried CrossFit for the first time after watching the Crossfit Games on television two years ago and now uses CrossFit as his primary training method. He only wishes this fitness approach was brought to his attention sooner! He is passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals and transition the CrossFit mentality into everyday life.
Brad loves chocolate milk, pizza, and sushi. He is an avid golfer, enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and is looking forward to spreadingthe principles of CrossFit to the local community.
